LOS ANGELES – Jessica Alba can't stop kissing and cuddling her new baby daughter.
The 'Machete' star gave birth to Haven Garner - her second child with her husband Cash Warren - six weeks ago and she has revealed the maternal bond was there right away.
Jessica - who also has three-year-old Honor with Cash - said: "It's awesome. I love having a newborn as she can't run away from me when I want to kiss her.

LOS ANGELES — Jessica Alba, Halle Berry and Jessica Biel will be among the stars hosting the 2010 EIF Revlon Run/Walk for Women in New York, organizers announced Wednesday.
The Revlon brand ambassadors will be joined by Dr. Oz and Jesse L. Martin at the event, which will take place on May 1 and feature a performance by Trey Songz.

LOS ANGELES — Jessica Alba is planning to adopt in the future as she looks to fulfill her wishes for a big family.
The 28-year-old actress — who gave birth to her first daughter, Honor Marie, with husband Cash Warren in June 2008 — speaks about her plans for adoption while serving as a celebrity volunteer on Sunday night's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
"If you have the love, and the capacity to love children, you should just adopt. And I plan on doing it, " Alba says on the episode, which centers around a Texas couple with 13 children, nine of which are adopted.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jessica Alba is the latest celeb headed for Project Runway.
The 28-year-old actress will appear as a guest judge on the hit reality show this Thursday, Lifetime spokeswoman Kannie Yu LaPack tells the Associated Press.
Alba will help judge a challenge where the six remaining contestants have to create an outfit for an "opinionated celebrity," who just so happens to be host Heidi Klum.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jessica Alba is officially off the hook.
The 28-year-old actress will not be charged after participating in a recent a grassroots campaign in Oklahoma City that attempted to raise awareness for endangered great white sharks.
The campaign plastered shark posters throughout Oklahoma City, including on a bridge and a United Way billboard, but Police Sgt. Gary Knight told The Associated Press that none of the property owners wanted to press charges.

LOS ANGELES — Jessica Alba certainly hit the gym in order to snap back into shape after giving birth for the first time, but the "Fantastic Four" star says that wasn't her real secret.
"I wore a girdle," the 28-year-old actress reveals in the March issue of Elle. "Eight weeks after my girlfriend had her baby, you could see her six-pack. She told me to put an elastic band around my waist — any kind of band or girdle works. She was like, 'I slept in it.' "

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jessica Alba is not a fan of outgoing president George W. Bush, Fox, or Bill O'Reilly for that matter.
The 27-year-old actress was cornered on the red carpet at the Jan. 18 Declare Yourself party in Washington, D.C., where she was asked by a producer of "The O'Reilly Factor" if she had any final words for Bush as he left office.
"Goodbye," said Alba, keeping her answer short and sweet.
The producer then asked the "Sin City" star if she wanted to give a "shout-out" to O'Reilly.
"He's kind of an a--hole," replied Alba.
