HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Penelope Cruz and husband Javier Bardem have welcomed a baby boy!
"Penelope and Javier welcomed their first son into their family last week," the couple's reps confirmed in a statement Wednesday. "Both parents and baby are doing great."
The actress reportedly gave birth to their son at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

ROME — Javier Bardem was fairly tight-lipped about wife Penélope Cruz's pregnancy while meeting with the press Sunday in Italy.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Yes it's true, Penelope Cruz really is pregnant.
After months of speculation, it has finally been confirmed that Cruz is expecting her first baby with husband Javier Bardem.
"Penelope is 4½-months pregnant," reps for both stars tell People.
Speculation that the 36-year-old Cruz was expecting began in July after she married her partner of three years in a secret ceremony in the Bahamas.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Newlyweds Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz probably won't waste any time before they have a baby on the way.
"They have shown the world they are in love," the actor's sister, Mónica Bardem tells Spanish site Hola!, "and it would be only normal and natural to have children."
Earlier this week, Cruz's rep denied a report that the actress is already pregnant.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz have managed to get married under the radar.
The Hollywood twosome tied the knot in a small, private ceremony earlier this month, a rep for the actress confirmed Tuesday to People.
The bride wore a gown designed by designer John Galliano as the couple exchanged vows at a friend's house in the Bahamas.
