VIENNA – Heather Mills, Paul McCartney's ex-wife, has left a hospital after receiving treatment for a shoulder injury she sustained during a skiing accident in Austria, an official said Thursday.
Mills crashed on the Moelltaler glacier Wednesday and was flown by helicopter to a hospital in the southern city of Lienz where she was diagnosed with a fractured right shoulder blade, hospital spokesman Alfred Fast said.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Heather Mills is being sued by a former nanny who alleges she lost her job after becoming pregnant.
Sara Trumble, 26, is suing the ex-wife of Paul McCartney on the grounds of sex discrimination and unfair dismissal, claiming the former model dismissed her after she gave birth to a baby girl, according to London's The Sun.

LONDON — The bitter divorce battle between Paul McCartney and Heather Mills is nearing a close.
In a hearing Monday morning, a London judge granted a preliminary decree of divorce to the former couple, according to The Associated Press. Justice Hugh Bennett says the divorce could be finalized in six weeks and one day if no one objects.

LONDON — Heather Mills reportedly made quite the splash in the courtroom at her divorce proceeding, allegedly tossing water on Paul McCartney's attorney.
According to various reports in the British press, Mills is said to have grown upset and dumped a glass of water over the head of her ex-husband's lawyer, Fiona Shackleton.

LONDON — Heather Mills was awarded $48.6 million Monday in her divorce settlement from former husband Paul McCartney, the Associated Press reports.
According to a document released by London's Family Court, the judge awarded the 40-year-old Mills a lump sum of $33 million, in addition to the $15.6 million in assets that she currently holds.
"I'm so, so happy with this," Mills told reporters following the hearing, according to AP.
