HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — James Van Der Beek and Heather McComb have finalized the terms of their divorce after splitting last year.
Van Der Beek has agreed to pay McComb $7,750 per month until December 2012, according to court papers filed Monday in Los Angeles.
The settlement terms also include Van Der Beek getting their North Hollywood home and all the residuals generated from his career during their six-year marriage.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — James Van Der Beek and Heather McComb are headed for a divorce after six years of marriage.
Van Der Beek cited irreconcilable differences when filing for the split, according to TMZ.
The couple has been separated since June.
Van Der Beek and McComb, both 32, tied the knot in Malibu, Calif. over Fourth of July weekend in 2003.
They do not have any children.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — James Van Der Beek and Heather McComb have called time on their marriage.
The couple recently separated after nearly six years of marriage, the actor's rep confirmed to Us Weekly.
"They remain good friends," said Van Der Beek's rep.
A source close to the pair told the mag that the split happened two months ago.
