Dr. Giovanni Palumbo - who is charged with three counts of failure to comply with a court order and criminal harassment by watching and besetting - was listening to the Canadian singer testifying via a video link and after around 90 minutes he abruptly stood up and announced he'd had enough.

Campbell's representative Bobbie Gale made the announcement Wednesday. The disease is in its early stages.

The 75-year-old's wife Kim also talked to People magazine and said they wanted to go public with his illness because they wanted fans to know if he has trouble onstage.

It turned out to be prostate cancer.

The singer was diagnosed in November, a time he describes as one of the most frightening of his life. But he was able to have the tumor surgically removed.

Alabama Tornado Benefit Concert Raises $2 Million

More than 13,000 people attended the concert at Birmingham's Civic Complex to help raise money for recovery efforts throughout the state. The group Alabama and a variety of others performed.

Concert organizer Ali Harnell said the event made more than $1 million through ticket sales alone.

The country superstar will unveil a new stage design when his tour starts Thursday in Biloxi, Miss. Urban often tucks away ideas he comes up with while standing on stage in front of thousands of fans. He noticed on his last tour that when he descended ramps at each end of the stage, nearby fans were practically in the concert.

So he built a curved stage with a continuous ramp from side to side, erasing the barrier.
