Last month, he offended gays and lesbians with a homophobic rant in a Nashville concert hall, highlights from which were posted online and went viral. Under pressure from a gay-rights group (not to mention the bosses of his TV show, "30 Rock"), Morgan apologized and met with gay-rights advocates.

In his standup act in New York last weekend, Morgan mocked the mentally disabled, according to The New York Times. This has led to a demand for an apology from the "30 Rock" star by a group promoting the rights of the mentally and physically disabled.

Morgan's wisecracks reportedly included a warning not to "mess with women who have retarded kids."

Morgan met with the gay rights advocates and some attendees of the June 3 show before addressing reporters at the Nashville Convention Center. He did not take questions.

Sirius XM Radio Inc. said Monday it will air a special channel devoted to Carlin's comedy this weekend. Carlin died three years ago, on June 22, 2008, at age 71. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the making of his album "FM & AM."

Comedy Central to Stream Bonnaroo Comedy Acts

The network announced Thursday that it will webcast a three-hour show June 12 featuring performances from Bonnaroo's Comedy Tent.

The 10-year-old festival held in Manchester, Tenn., centers on music but has long offered top comedy acts as counter-programming.

The school announced Tuesday that the Massachusetts native will address graduates and their families in Harvard Yard's Tercentenary Theatre on May 25.

The annual ceremony is scheduled the day before commencement and is a chance for Harvard's senior class to socialize one last time before graduating.

Judge Rules Against Carl La Bove in Sam Kinison Love Child Case

LOS ANGELES – A judge says it's too late for a man to contest nearly $200,000 in unpaid child support for a daughter who was likely fathered by comic Sam Kinison before he died in 1992.

Carl La Bove asked a judge to invalidate an agreement with his ex-wife that required him to make the payments.

Recent DNA tests have shown Kinison likely fathered the child born to La Bove's ex-wife.

Superior Court Judge Thomas Trent Lewis told La Bove during a brief hearing Tuesday that he was years late in contesting paternity and trying to nullify at least $188,000 in back child support.

The 52-year-old La Bove, a longtime friend of Kinison, says he won't give up and is fighting to get his life back since the judgment has ruined his credit.

Tina Fey ("Date Night") and Zach Galifianakis ("Dinner for Schmucks") were awarded Best Comedy Actress and Actor in Film.
