HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Chris Harrison says he's unlike the rest of the world — he doesn't want to know if Ed Swiderski cheated on his new fiancé, "Bachelorette" Jillian Harris.
"I didn't ask her because I don't want to know," the ABC reality show host told Us Weekly of his recent conversation with Harris.
Rumors about the couple's future began swirling last week when a pair of women stepped forward and claimed to Us that Swiderski was up to no good. One such allegation is that Swiderski slept with his former girlfriend, Lindsey Johnson, just eight days after he popped the question to Harris on the "Bachelorette" finale.
On the following day, Swiderski is said to have texted a second female named Bethany Steffen to "bring beer and condoms" over to his place.
"Ed's not worth my time, but if I can help someone avoid heartbreak, I'm gonna do that," Steffen told the mag.
The magazine claimed that Swiderski was secretly dating both Johnson and Steffen before shooting began on the reality series in late March. It also alleged that Swiderski slept with each of them after he famously left the show in the fifth episode, only to return weeks later and beg Harris for a second chance.
When asked about the cheating allegations, Harris told Extra: "It's not possible... it is absolutely made-up."
She also confessed that she was fully aware of both women.
"I know that he's kept in semi-friendly touch with those girls," she said. "I'm aware of that — he doesn't hide anything from me."
The cheating scandal has also been a hot topic for the male contestants on the show, many of whom recently connected during a Texas get together. Among those chatting about the rumor was Wes Hayden, who famously boasted about being the only guy in the show's history to reach "the top four with a girlfriend."
"I had no clue whether Ed had a girlfriend ... while we were on the show. I really didn’t know about any of it," Hayden tells People. "But if it's true, I feel really bad for Jillian. I don’t know what to believe to be honest with you. I feel bad for Jillian and for Ed. But if in fact he was doing what everybody’s been saying, then man up and deal with it."

This fiasco will not go away
This fiasco will not go away until Ed either confronts those two women, or admits to their accusations. They say there is no smoke without a fire, so based on that theory I write this assuming the stories as being half truths. Beer & condoms -strange request!! Either way, there are no winners only losers. If you call a big payout as being a winner, then I hope those two women enjoy their ill gotten gains, at the expense of bursting Jillian's bubble of happiness. Exposing Ed as a rat could have been done in a much more compassionate way. Jillian did not deserve that, and I hope those two can enjoy the money, it is pretty obvious that is what they were after! No self respecting man would want to get tangled up the the web of those two "black widows" who seem to have graduated from the school of "kiss & squeal" As for Ed, which woman would want to get involved with him knowing his history of infidelity? He did tell Jillian's mother, truth & love are the main ingredients of a good partnership. Was the boloney who knows. If all this is true, and Jillian sticks by her man, she is either stupid, or loves him more than we realize. If this is true, and she walks away, I for one will say HURRAH. If this is all fabricated then shame on everyone. There are only three people that know the real truth, we can only assume!
