The 36-year-old singer - who recently gave birth to her sixth child - has been hit with a lawsuit which alleges she walked away with the majority of a "wardrobe of high fashion items" that were provided by company Via Davia Vintage for her 2007 European tour.

But an attorney for the cadet, Richard King, denied his client ever said any racial slurs to LaBelle.

Warner Bros. spokesman Paul McGuire said Monday that the movie studio and S. Victor Whitmill amicably resolved their dispute. McGuire declined to discuss the case further.

In the movie, Helms' character, Stu, wakes up in a Bangkok bathtub with a facial tattoo.

The cable television channel issued a statement Tuesday night saying that $25,000 settlements negotiated by Adolfo Arreola and his cousin, Jason Gomez, "will be enforced and these claims are completely without merit." Bravo isn't commenting on the specifics of the lawsuit.

The Oscar-winning actor spent more than six hours at a downtown courthouse, repeatedly meeting with the judge who brokered an end to the case filed over payments and a house that Cage's ex-girlfriend claimed she was promised.

Cage walked past ex-girlfriend Christina Fulton on his way into a conference with Superior Court Judge Teresa Sanchez-Gordon, who urged attorneys handling the case to try to reach a settlement before trial. He and his attorneys were in chambers for roughly 90 minutes before Fulton and her lawyers were called before the judge.

Yolanda Martinez and some of her relatives filed a lawsuit Monday in New York. They say Teresa Guidice from the "Bravo series" sprayed Champagne in Martinez' face, and then Guidice and others on the show beat up Martinez' son-in-law and his cousin Feb. 23 in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Main Man Records said Friday it had not received a copy of the lawsuit filed in Manhattan, but said it would vigorously defend itself.

The "I Love Rock N' Roll" singer-guitarist and 1970s bandmate Cherie Currie sued Thursday to try to stop the June 28 release of "Take It or Leave It: A Tribute to the Queens of Noise," an intended homage to the Runaways, the punk bank that launched their careers and helped light a path for other brash, hard-edged female rock groups.
