NEW YORK — Forgive Kelly Osbourne if she's strutting with a little more confidence these days after dropping 40 pounds off her 5-foot-3 frame.
"I am much more confident with myself and I really do love my body now," the 25-year-old Osbourne, who now tips the scales at 118 pounds, tells People of her weight loss. "I was never happy with my body before."
"I weighed myself the other day and I was like, 'I can't believe this!' " she adds. "Even I was shocked."

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Gwyneth Paltrow is singing the praises of celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson.
"She has kicked my formerly sagging ass into shape and I will be forever grateful," the 37-year-old actress writes in her latest GOOP newsletter.
Paltrow also shares one of Anderson's workout videos that focuses on the arms and is especially good for "the batwing problem." It's a training routine Paltrow uses on the road and also helped whip her into shape for the Iron Man films.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Former "American Idol" contestant Mandisa Hundley is opening up about her dramatic weight loss and getting the last laugh on judge Simon Cowell.
During her audition on "Idol's" fifth season, Cowell joked that the show would need a "bigger stage" to accomodate the California native, but Hundley has since lost 80 pounds after struggling with weight issues throughout her life.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — After months of grueling workouts, Sherri Shepherd fulfilled her promise of taking the stage in a bathing suit on Thursday's "The View."
Entering as "I'm Every Woman" played in the background, Shepherd showed off her new look as the crowd roared in approval.
"I feel really great," she said. "I just wanted to show people that you don't have to do anything crazy. You just have to make some choices and exercise and the weight will drop off. I hope some folks were inspired."
