BORA BORA, French Polynesia - Eddie Murphy is starting the New Year as a married man again.

The Oscar-nominated actor wed his girlfriend, Tracey Edmonds, in a private ceremony on an island off Bora Bora.

Murphy and Edmonds, who is a producer, made their union official with an intimate New Year's Day ceremony in front of just 25 guests made up of family and close friends.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are certainly keeping everyone guessing about the possibility of any impending nuptials, and the future of their relationship for that matter.

Last Monday, Us Weekly magazine reported that Montag may be catching a case of cold feet and the couple added further speculation about their future together  at Monday's  after-party for "The Hills" season finale.

The Latin singing sensation has previously refused to confirm that the couple is engaged, but the tennis player known more for her looks than her game was photographed on Tuesday in London wearing a diamond on her left hand.

LOS ANGELES — Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt is now engaged.

The star of the CBS drama "Ghost Whisperer" got engaged to her boyfriend, Scottish actor Ross McCall last week, Us Weekly  confirmed Wednesday.

"They got engaged last week," Hewitt's publicist Sarah Fuller told the mag.

The couple is vacationing in Hawaii.

McCall gave Hewitt an antique engagement ring that has been in his family for over 100 years, the magazine said.
