HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Pretty Wild star Alexis Neiers is back in trouble with the law.
The reality starlet was arrested Wednesday at her Los Angeles home when police discovered she had a fake Florida driver's license and an unspecified amount of black tar heroin in her possession, the Los Angeles Times reports.

ORLANDO, Fla. — Wesley Snipes has been ordered to surrender to authorities immediately and begin serving his three-year prison sentence for tax evasion.
U.S. District Court Judge William Terrell Hodges issued the ruling Friday, ending the actor's hopes for a new trial, the Associated Press reports.

ANDERSON, Ind. — Teen Mom star Amber Portwood is facing domestic violence charges for allegedly attacking the father of her 2-year-old daughter, Leah.
Indiana police have charged the 20-year-old reality star with two felony counts and one misdemeanor count of domestic violence and battery. She is accused of attacking former boyfriend Gary Shirley in front of their daughter on three separate occasions between August 2009 and July 2010.

GREENVILLE, N.C. — Wiz Khalifa has been arrested on drug charges in North Carolina.
The rapper and 10 of his colleagues were arrested after police smelled marijuana in the backstage area following a performance at East Carolina University Monday night, according to the Associated Press.
Khalifa, whose real name is Cameron Thomaz, was charged with three drug counts. He was released after posting $300,000 bond Tuesday morning.

BALTIMORE — Prosecutors have dropped misdemeanor assault charges against R&B star Mario, who was accused of attacking his mother at their Baltimore home last month.
The case was dismissed after the singer's mother, Shawntia Hardaway, changed her story Wednesday. Hardaway said she was under the influence of drugs and alcohol when she called police and that her son never touched her.

FORT PIERCE, Fla. — Former teen heartthrob David Cassidy has been arrested in Florida for DUI.
The now 60-year-old Cassidy was busted Wednesday in Fort Pierce after police spotted his white Mercedes driving erratically on State Road 91 just after 6 p.m., according to the local ABC affiliate WPBF-TV.
Cassidy reportedly failed several field sobriety tests and later blew a .14 on a breath test, well above the legal limit in the state of Florida.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Shane Sparks will stand trial on eight sex counts involving an underage girl in the 1990s, a judge ruled after a preliminary hearing Monday.
Back in March, the former America's Best Dance Crew judge pleaded not guilty to six counts of a lewd act on a child and two counts of oral copulation of a person under 16.
The criminal complaint alleged that the crimes occurred between July 1994 and April 1997. Sparks is said to have been at least 10 years older than the alleged victim.

NEW YORK — Charlie Sheen has been hospitalized after police him found drunk and naked at a New York hotel early Tuesday morning.
Security at The Plaza Hotel called police shortly after 2 a.m. when they noticed the actor's room had been trashed, sources told the New York Post.
Sheen, 45, reportedly told officers he had been "out partying" and returned to the hotel with a woman, only to fly into a rage when he discovered his wallet and cell phone were missing.

NEW YORK — Jessica White, a model who has appeared in Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Edition, was arrested early Saturday morning after she allegedly beat up another woman outside a New York City nightclub.
White, 26, was charged with misdemeanor assault after she allegedly got into a catfight with the woman over a taxi just before 5 a.m., according to the New York Post.

VANCOUVER — Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi, have been arrested in Canada after they skipped a California court hearing earlier in the week.
According to CTV, the Quaids were detained Wednesday in Vancouver, two days after bench warrants were issued for their arrest.
