HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Brandi Glanville is facing some legal problems.
The model and ex-wife of Eddie Cibrian has officially been charged with DUI, stemming from her October arrest in Los Angeles, TMZ reports.
Glanville was charged with two misdemeanors — driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a blood alcohol level above 0.08%.
If convicted, she faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. She could also lose her driver's license.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Eddie Cibrian and Brandi Glanville are officially done.
On Monday, the 36-year-old actor filed for divorce from his wife of eight years, citing irreconcilable differences, court papers revealed.
"He filed yesterday and I accepted it," Glanville told E! News Tuesday. "We're getting a divorce. We talked to each other yesterday."
