For 17 year old Monét, there's no doubt in her mind where she belongs — in the spotlight. But for this talented teenager, deciding what she'll be doing in that spotlight is another story.

For singer-songwriter Josh Kelley, life just keeps getting better and better. With his fourth album, Special Company, climbing the charts, the Augusta, Ga. native is hard pressed to wipe the huge smile from his face. After years of songwriting and life on the road, he knows it can only continue to go up from here.

It was clear at a very young age that Ruut had something special — all she needed was to be in front of the keys.

"I've never forgotten the experience of writing my first song, I just winged it. The minister of our church was over one afternoon and my mom asked if he wanted to hear it. So I sang it for him, and when I was done, I looked over and he was crying," Ruut explained.

The gals of Pretty in Stereo are more than just four pretty performers on stage. Unless by pretty you mean full-blooded rocker chicks ready to scratch your eyes out with charged up melodies and magnetic riffs.

"What I tell people is if the Foo Fighters and the Go Go's had a baby, that'd be us," said Jodi Joy, Pretty in Stereo's drummer.
