Prepare yourselves for a whole lot of Shonda Rhimes on ABC, because the network has officially kicked off its new Thursday night lineup which is basically a love letter to the powerhouse producer.
Star power abounded on the red carpet Saturday night, which served to present the new “Thank God It’s Thursday” block of Shonda shows to the world. From Viola Davis and Kerry Washington to Ellen Pompeo, Sara Ramirez and many, many more, the tough ladies of ABC were ready to show audiences what they’re made of.
Regardless of what The New York Times has to say about her, ABC is obviously doubling tripling down on Shonda’s ideas. The creator of Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal is about to debut How to Get Away with Murder – a new series she’s executive producing.
Davis stars on the mystery series, which will follow Grey’s and Scandal at 10 pm each and every thursday beginning this week on September 25th.
Before you go though, make sure to check out all the fashion from the carpet in the gallery above and let us know which show you’ll be DVRing from the fall season.
