It’s hard to believe there was a time when Kim Kardashian‘s only claim to fame was being Paris Hilton‘s assistant.
In Hilton’s latest interview with Yahoo Style editor-in-chief Joe Zee, the hotel heiress reflects back on her relationship with her former closet organizer and how — as the publication puts it — Kardashian “wouldn’t exist without her.”
“We’ve known each other since we were little girls, we’ve always been friends, it’s nice to inspire people,” Hilton says. “I am really proud of her and what she’s done. I saw her a few weeks ago in New York and we were hanging out.”
“She’s always wanted a family. I’m really happy for her,” she continues, adding that “perfect couple” Kardashian and Kanye West are “so cute together.”
So, is Hilton ready to start a family of her own now that she’s built an empire and making about $347,000 an hour? According to her, she already has their wardrobe and baby names picked out.
“I’m definitely going to dress mine up. [If it was a girl], they’d be in all pink and fluffy, little princess dresses – not like Toddlers and Tiaras style, a little bit more toned down,” she gushes. “I’m going to name her London, or him. Whoever is first is going to be named London.”
Hilton, who made a household name for herself doing absurd things on The Simple Life and showing up at Hollywood hotspots, also admits that her party girl days are far behind her. In her profile with DuJour, the 34-year-old says the only time she’ll step into a nightclub is when she’s making off of it.
“I like to see girls looking hot and having fun — that’s what life’s about,” she tells the magazine. “But I’m kinda over the whole scene. I used to love going out all the time but now it’s only for DJ-ing and getting paid.”
“Thursday is the cool night,” she adds, “and I have to get up and work.”
The times have changed.
