HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Owen Wilson has become a father!

The 42-year-old actor has welcomed a baby boy with girlfriend Jade Duell, his rep confirmed to People magazine.

"Everyone is doing well," said the rep.

The couple's son was reportedly born Friday in Hawaii. No other details about the child were revealed.

Wilson and Duell first revealed the pregnancy earlier in the week. The two have reportedly been dating for more than a year.

Wilson currently stars in the sequel Little Fockers.
