Thought she has infamously bedded many of Hollywood’s hottest bachelors, Lindsay Lohan isn’t really looking to date any of them.
In her new interview with Homme Style magazine, the Mean Girls actress opens up about her love life, explaining that her next boyfriend will probably be someone who isn’t in the spotlight.
“I haven’t really thought about it in a while, I’ve been so focused on my career,” she says about dating. “At this time, I’d probably have to say someone not in show business, maybe a business man, but I’m just enjoying being single and enjoying experiencing everything here.”
Lohan adds that she’s matured quite a bit over the past few years. Since moving to London and starring in Speed-The-Plow, the 28-year-old has managed to keep out of trouble and stay away from bad press. (With the exception of a few legal hiccups, controversial comments and Photoshop blunders, of course.)
“I find that UK press is much more politically based. Where American press is much more focused on celebrities,” Lohan says. “Especially when doing a West End play, it’s a different respect that you hope to gain.”
She admittedly adds, “I don’t place myself in the same ‘situations’ as I used to. It also comes with time and age.”
