Last time Kate Upton graced the cover of a magazine, she was showing off her curves in a patriotic bikini on the cover of GQ. Now, well, things haven’t changed a bit.

In her recent cover shoot for CR Fashion Book magazine, the buxom bombshell is seen — yet again — flaunting major cleavage for the “rebirth-themed” spread. Seen in a variety of low-cut gowns, Upton, 20, channeled her inner ethereal fairytale princess as she posed with puppies, babies and — yes, you’ve heard correctly — a man dressed as a unicorn.

CR Fashion Book creator Carine Roitfeld explained her choice in choosing Upton for the unique shoot, telling The Daily Beast:

“I wanted someone with a sensual body, someone who could be a mother for all these babies.”

Mother and babies isn’t something you hear often in the same sentence as the blonde beauty.
