Kate Middleton really can’t catch a break these days.
Nearly two weeks after the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge won an injunction against French magazine Closer, a Danish publication has released new snaps of Middleton from the same vacation in the south of France.
Se Og Hor, which translates to “See and Hear,” published a 16-page spread of Middleton, including several of her changing bikini bottoms, according to reports.
“It’s a set of unique photos from an A-class celebrity. We are a leading gossip magazine in Denmark, and it is my job to publish them,” Se Og Hor editor Kim Henningsen recently told the Belfast Telegraph.
“If the British royal family want to sue us, then it will happen then and we’ll deal with it,” he added.
Why are the Danish photos only making headlines this week?
While Se Og Hor’s 16-page edition of Middleton in the nude hit newsstands in Denmark more than one week ago, the new, bottomless snaps are only making their way across the Atlantic now, thanks to the Internet.
In place of Middleton at lifelong friend Mary Bucknell’s nuptials was sister Pippa, along with parents Carole and Michael.
On Sept. 17, the Duke and Duchess filed an injunction against Closer, which quickly resulted in a ruling that required the magazine to turn in its original photos within 24 hours.
“These snapshots which showed the intimacy of a couple, partially naked on the terrace of a private home, surrounded by a park several hundred meters from a public road, and being able to legitimately assume that they are protected from passers-by, are by nature particularly intrusive,” according to a court statement obtained by Gossip Cop.
Se Og Hor’s Henningson has gone on to claim that his publication owns more than 200 photos from the Duke and Duchess’ vacation.
