It’s only fitting that Jack Osbourne would have a pad fit for the son of rock royalty.
But forget Ozzy’s taste in décor dripping with crucifixes and red velvet. Jack likes less metal and more modern, as you can see in his Los Feliz home that he put on the market Monday for nearly $3 million, CB! has confirmed.
So let us take you inside.
Jack bought the Spanish-style spread in the indie hip L.A. enclave in 2011 for $2,280,000 and remodeled the family nest from top to bottom for his wife, Lisa, and their baby girl, Pearl.
But he made sure to keep all the charm and character of the 1926 hacienda intact with soaring ceilings, mosaic tiles, curved archways, hardwoods and fountains.
The 4,800 square foot abode’s open airy layout makes room for a grand entry, dramatic living room with vaulted wood beamed ceilings and fireplace, gourmet white marble kitchen, and sunny courtyard access through each room all the way to the pool, green gardens and outdoor kitchen.
