Kristin Cavallari is not in The Hills anymore.
The new mom now splits her time between Chicago and Nashville with her quarterback fiance, Jay Cutler, and six-month-old baby, Camden. And despite her hectic schedule, she still managed to get back to her fighting weight after giving birth. Her secret? Super-quick — and super-effective — workouts.
“I work out four days a week, and I just do 20 minutes of cardio followed by weights,” she told Celebuzz at her jewelry launch earlier this week. “Weights, for me, is what makes a big difference in my body.”
Cavallari also shared what milestones Camden has reached.
“He has his two bottom teeth coming in already, which is really exciting. And he just started eating food — he loves avocados,” she said.
One thing the reality star hasn’t been busy with? Planning her wedding.
She told us, “We’re talking about it. We know how big of a wedding and all those fun details, so we’ll see.”
