Trying to save the world isn’t something new for Ian Somerhalder, but he’s really grabbed our attention with his latest, very bloody Instagram post.
Early Saturday, the hunky Vampire Diaries star shared an image with his followers in which he’s holding what appears to be a recently removed human heart.
Of course the organ is probably a prop from the always bloody CW show and Ian’s caption tells a story that seems to have come straight from a Charles Dickens story.
