Honey Boo Boo’s House Broken Into; Police Report Reveals 7-Year-Old Has a Bodyguard (EXCLUSIVE)

It looks like the typically happy-go-lucky Honey Boo Boo is now crying boo hoo.
Her famous family’s McIntyre, Ga. home was broken into Aug. 27 when the larger than life family was out of town, according to a police report obtained exclusively by Celebuzz.
June “Mama” Shannon contacted the police to report a possible break-in because “the side door of the residence was open” when the family arrived home from out of town, as stated in the report.
Was anything stolen?
According to Chief Amerson of the McIntyre Police, the incident was treated as a burglary, but nothing was stolen.
“There were no signs of forced entry and nothing was missing,” confirmed Amerson.
The reality show juggernaut Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, which shockingly beat out the Republican National Convention in the ratings and tied with the Democratic National Convention, has clearly brought everyone’s favorite redneck rascal and her family some unwanted attention – so much so that little blonde Boo Boo even has bodyguards!
According to the report, the seven-year-old star and her family — made up of mother Shannon, 33, father Mike “Sugar Bear” Thompson, 40; and sisters Anna “Chickadee” Shannon, 17; Jessica “Chubbs” Shannon, 15; and Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon, 12 – brought Hollywood to the South, having been provided with a security detail by the local police department.
The officer assigned to the family actually arrived at their home before they returned from their trip just last month to make sure it was safe, only to find the door going into the kitchen was ajar. No intruders were found inside and the door was unlocked, according to the report.
The report states that Shannon told police everything appeared to be intact and nothing was missing, but something was still amiss.
“The kitchen cabinets were left open and she (Shannon) stated that to her knowledge the doors to the cabinets were closed when they left,” as stated in the report.
Neighbor Sandra Shauger heard about the break-in, but isn’t too concerned for the neighborhood’s safety.
“I’m not worried about it at all,” she said.
“It’s a small town so we hear everything. I don’t know why someone would want to break in. Their yard is very open and someone would have seen them.”
Shauger says that although the hit TLC show makes the locals “look bad,” because of the family’s outrageous – and sometimes gross (remember the guess whose breath game?) – behavior, she’s all for it.
“I don’t have a problem with the show. More power to them,” Shauger said.
“They don’t act like that all the time. The kids do have manners,” she added.
Next door neighbor Doris Phillips has a very different point of view.
“I don’t approve of the way those kids are being raised,” she said.
She also said, “You can’t judge all of us by one person.”
