Emma Waston is being threatened by members of the 4chan’s b board after giving her United Nations gender equality speech this weekend. Ugh, so terrible! Death and Taxes is reporting that these 4chan members are threatening to release nude photos of the actress in response to her words on women’s rights. While Emma could be the next victim of the celebrity nude photo hacking, a few websites seem to believe that this is just a prank.
Emma gave her speech this weekend supporting the HeForShe campaign, which encourages both men and women to get involved in the fight for gender equality. Apparently, the people of 4chan didn’t approve of her speech and are now threatening the actress. They even started a website called EmmaYouAreNext.com, which is just disgusting. Oh, and they’re also attempting to get #RIPEmmaWatson trending, so there’s that.
The name 4chan might sound familiar to you, it’s the same message board that was blamed for the original nude photo leak. The first wave of photos targeted Jennifer Lawrence, Victoria Justice, Kaley Cuoco and many more.
A second wave of photos were released this weekend. Those photos included new Jennifer Lawrence photos, as well as pictures of Kim Kardashian,Vanessa Hudgens, Rihanna, Scarlett Johansson, and Amber Heard.
When is this going to end?! We hope this invasion of privacy stops immediately. These threats against Emma need to end ASAP.
