There will be one less Lohan on the streets this year.
Lindsay Lohan‘s mother Dina Lohan was sentenced to a conditional discharge, 100 hours of community service, driver’s license revocation, installation of an interlock device for one year, participation in a Drinking Driver Program and Victims Impact Panel, a fine of $2,600 and a $483 surcharge.
Dina was pulled over on Sept. 12, 2013, at 11 p.m. by the New York State Police after traveling at 77 miles per hour in a 55 mph speed zone along the Northern State Parkway in Oyster Bay. Police arrested her later that night for speeding and for intoxication.
The 50-year-old Lohan pleaded guilty to aggravated DWI and speeding in April.
Judge Engel was not in the mood for the famous family’s antics, and ripped her apart in court.
“The only person responsible for this ordeal is Miss Lohan. She is just lucky nobody was killed. She may not be as lucky next time.”
She replied, “There will not be a next time.”
I’m gonna hold you to that Dina.
