We haven’t seen Anne Hathaway on the red carpet since the 2014 Met Gala in May, and it looks like the actress is taking on a new style!
Hathaway attended the American Cinematheque event Tuesday night rocking a longer bob than her usual short pixie style.
Off the red carpet, though, we likely haven’t noticed the new chin-length ‘do because she’s been hiding her hair under a wig while she films her newest gig The Intern. And when she’s not filming, she’s typically rocking beanies or hats–probably because she’s still going through the awkward phase of growing it out.
Anne has always worn longer locks, but in 2012 she cut it all off for her role in Les Misérables. Since then, she’s maintained the short style and even went platinum blonde for a little while!
But the “lob” A.K.A. long bob is totally back in style these days. Britney Spears, Chrissy Teigen, Taylor Swift and Hilary Duff have all recently cut their hair to match the trend!
