ICYMI, Toys “R” Us listened to a Florida mother and her petition and pulled Breaking Bad action figure from its shelves earlier this week.
Now, Aaron Paul has sounded off on the whole matter and let’s just say buddy’s not thrilled about the news.
Wait, so @ToysRUs pulled all of the Breaking Bad figures from their shelves and still sells Barbie? Hmmmm…I wonder what is more damaging?

“@BarackObama: Wait, are you serious about the whole @ToysRUs thing?!?” Yes I am Mr. President. Yes I am.

And what about all of the violent video games you sell @ToysRUs ? Do you still sell those? Florida mom really messed it up for everyone.

Here’s the petition to sign to keep the toys on the shelves! This would be so fun to show the Florida mom. YeahBitch https://t.co/8iEFsLBCIn

Here’s the petition to sign to keep the toys on the shelves! Why can you sell guns and not Walt and Jesse? YeahBitch https://t.co/8iEFsLBCIn

The Florida mother’s petition, which included some 9,000 signatures, stated that parents and grandparents around the world “should not be forced to explain why a certain toy comes with a bag of highly dangerous and illegal drugs.” Yep, models of one Walter White did come with a fake bag of meth. But the key word here is fake, right? In wake of the toy yanking, Toys “R” Us simply stated, “Let’s just say, the action figures have taken an ‘indefinite sabbatical.’”
Bryan Cranston hasn’t kept quiet about the toy situation either:
“Florida mom petitions against Toys ‘R Us over Breaking Bad action figures.” I’m so mad, I’m burning my Florida Mom action figure in protest — Bryan Cranston (@BryanCranston) October 20, 2014
Toys R Us puts Breaking Bad toys on ‘indefinite sabbatical.’ Word on the street is that they were sent to Belize. Nicely played Florida Mom. — Bryan Cranston (@BryanCranston) October 22, 2014
Something tells me those lucky enough to buy the action figures before the sabbatical will soon be rolling on some good ‘ol cash money. These figures just have to remain in original packaging or anything that will prove its mint condition… Launch the gallery, above, for some of the most memorable deaths on the beloved AMC series.
